Pasta with Fennel

Nothing fancy today. I made some yummy pasta but I did not follow a recipe. Here is what I did:

Saute some thinly sliced onion, shallot and fennel in olive oil. 

Add a little white wine and reduce.

Add lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a few tomatoes. 

Add the cooked orecchiette pasta and stir to combine. Remove from heat and add some fresh basil and grated cheese.
