Apricot and Pistachio Biscotti

Soooooo, I made these biscotti but I am not posting the recipe.  I think the recipe I followed was incorrect (it called for 4 cups of flour and 6 eggs which I think is too many eggs compared to other recipes I have since researched). The dough was super sticky and hard to work with, so I had to keep adding flour which made the biscotti less sweet than I would have liked.

But they look good!  And really, once I dipped them in coffee it didn't matter how sweet they were. 

I liked the combination of apricots and pistachio.  Next time I'll try a different recipe though.
